Site Civil Engineer

About the role

The Company is seeking a qualified Site Civil Engineer to supervise building construction projects, ensuring compliance with structural, architectural, and MEPF requirements. The role involves daily coordination with subcontractors, suppliers, and the site office to maintain quality, safety, and schedule targets.

Key responsibilities

• Interface with co‑engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers on work plans, schedules, and quality policies.
• Coordinate safety initiatives, ISO quality manuals, and weekly subcontractor meetings.
• Interpret drawings, specifications, and shop drawings for on‑site execution.
• Inspect incoming materials, equipment, and tools against technical data and control defects.
• Attend laboratory testing, ensure equipment calibration, and manage non‑conformities.
• Perform daily on‑site inspections of workmanship and materials, prepare QA/QC reports, and issue RFIs.
• Supervise subcontractors, labor force, and liaise with clients until project completion.
• Implement and oversee compliance with the organization’s Integrated Management System.

Required profile

• Graduate of Civil Engineering with a valid PRC professional license.
• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on supervision experience in structural and architectural works.
• Experience in construction project coordination, quality control, and safety management.
• Familiarity with local building codes and international specifications.
• Good oral and written English communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel).
• Knowledge of MS Project.
• Competence in AutoCAD.
