Site Architect

About the role

Grails and Build Corp GAB Corp is seeking a Site Architect to support residential projects across Metro Manila. The role combines client interaction, technical design, and on‑site coordination to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain regular contact with customers and the sales team, acting as a problem‑solver and discussion partner.
• Prepare specifications, calculations, and working drawings for static quotes and deliveries.
• Generate material lists for quotations and support the Procurement Team with appropriate site materials and formwork solutions.
• Monitor project schedules, lead technical problem‑solving, and motivate cross‑functional teams.
• Provide design revisions and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory guidelines.
• Perform any other duties assigned by management.

Required profile

• Degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of field experience in site management.
• Strong analytical abilities and technical proficiency.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with multiple stakeholders.
• Own a laptop suitable for design work.
• Willingness to travel and work on multiple projects under strict deadlines.
