Short-Form Video Editor for Podcasts (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a creative and detail‑oriented Short‑Form Video Editor / Motion Graphics Designer to produce engaging promotional content for podcast episodes, social media, live events, and sponsorship campaigns. You will transform long‑form podcast recordings into high‑impact trailers, highlight reels, and short‑form videos that capture attention across multiple platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Create promotional trailers and highlight reels for podcast episodes.
• Identify the most compelling moments and edit them into short‑form content.
• Produce videos for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, and X.
• Animate graphics, titles, lower thirds, captions, and other branded elements.
• Maintain a consistent visual identity across all video and motion assets.
• Build and manage a library of reusable templates and branded assets.
• Adapt content to various formats (16:9, 9:16, 1:1).
• Support video and motion‑graphic needs for live events and sponsorship deliverables.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in motion graphics, video editing, or video production.
• Strong proficiency with Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro.
• Solid understanding of design principles, typography, and visual storytelling.
• Experience creating short‑form content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn.
• Ability to follow and maintain brand guidelines.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently.
