Service Technician – Industrial Crane Maintenance

About the role

Konecranes is seeking a hands‑on Service Technician to deliver maintenance and repair services for industrial cranes and hoists across the Philippines. The role involves travelling to customer sites, performing inspections, preventive and corrective work, and ensuring safety compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Perform inspections, preventive maintenance, corrective repairs, retrofits, and commissioning of cranes and hoists at various customer locations.
• Conduct post‑repair audits, document safety features, and attach deficiency tags where needed.
• Prepare written safety notifications and advise customers on repair options and safety improvements.
• Generate quotations, capture electronic service documentation, and obtain customer signatures.
• Identify sales leads during service calls and report them to the service office.
• Complete accurate service reports and related paperwork in a professional manner.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience with industrial equipment, especially cranes and hoists.
• Ability to work independently on customer sites and follow safety regulations.
• Strong communication skills for consulting with customers and documenting findings.
• Willingness to travel within Pampanga and the Bataan area.
