Service Officer

About the role

The Service Officer supports the Service Manager in ensuring smooth branch operations, compliance, and customer satisfaction at our Laguna Technopark location. This role focuses on vault and ATM cash management, tellering functions, and risk mitigation while driving revenue through cross‑selling and service excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Service Manager with vault/ATM cash level monitoring, vault operations, and tellering activities.
• Ensure strict compliance with BSP/AMLA regulations, internal policies, and external regulatory rules.
• Execute service initiatives aimed at increasing deposits, fees, and revenue from bank products.
• Identify and eliminate operational errors, lapses, or irregularities to protect the bank’s reputation and financial assets.
• Deliver fast, error‑free processing to achieve Business Center service standards and total client satisfaction.
• Manage productivity and administrative matters within set guidelines, budgets, and limits.
• Coach and mentor Service Associates to maintain high performance and adherence to standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (minimum 4‑year) in Business, Service Management, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of bank policies, procedures, and branch operations.
• Ability to stay focused, organized, and handle high‑stress situations while meeting deadlines.
• Sales or marketing experience in a banking environment is an advantage.
