About the role
The Service Officer supports the Service Manager in daily branch operations, ensuring strict compliance with bank policies, regulatory requirements, and delivering excellent customer service at the Laguna Technopark location.
Key responsibilities
- Assist the Service Manager with vault and ATM cash level monitoring, vault operations, and tellering functions.
- Ensure branch compliance with BSP/AMLA regulations and internal policies.
- Execute service tasks aimed at increasing deposits, fees, and revenue through cross‑selling and referrals.
- Identify and mitigate operational risks to prevent reputational or financial losses.
- Maintain productivity and administrative standards within set guidelines, budgets, and limits.
- Coach and mentor Service Associates to ensure proper training and performance.
Required profile
- Graduate with a four‑year degree in business or a service‑oriented discipline.
- Strong knowledge of bank policies and procedures for branch operations.
- Ability to stay focused, organized, and motivated under stressful conditions.
- Sales or marketing experience in a banking environment is an advantage.
