Service Officer

About the role

The Service Officer supports the Service Manager in daily branch operations, ensuring smooth vault and ATM cash management, tellering functions, and compliance with all regulatory and internal policies. The role focuses on delivering excellent customer service while driving revenue through cross‑selling and fee generation.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Service Manager with vault, ATM cash level monitoring, and tellering operations.
• Ensure strict compliance with BSP/AMLA regulations and internal bank policies.
• Execute service initiatives aimed at increasing deposits, fees, and product revenue.
• Identify and mitigate operational risks to prevent errors, reputational damage, and financial loss.
• Maintain high service standards by providing fast, accurate, and error‑free processing.
• Oversee productivity and administrative tasks within established budgets and limits.
• Coach and mentor Service Associates to meet performance expectations.

Required profile

• Four‑year degree in Business, Service Management, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of bank policies and branch‑level procedures.
• Ability to stay focused, organized, and motivated under high‑stress conditions.
• Experience in sales or marketing within a banking environment is an advantage.
