Service Officer – Banking Operations

About the role
The Service Officer is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a bank branch, including tellering, cashiering, and ATM management. This role ensures the proper handling of cash, foreign currencies, accountable forms, and late checks while maintaining strict adherence to internal controls and regulatory requirements.
Key responsibilities
- Act as the chief custodian of peso cash, foreign currencies, accountable forms, and late checks.
- Oversee tellering, cashiering, and ATM operations to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
- Ensure compliance with bank policies, internal control procedures, and government regulations.
- Maintain and secure cash vaults and related facilities.
- Monitor and reconcile daily cash balances and transaction records.
- Support branch staff in delivering high‑quality customer service.
Required profile
- Graduate of any four‑year degree program.
- Minimum three (3) years experience as an Assistant Cashier in a commercial bank, or five (5) years experience in branch banking operations.
- Willingness to relocate within the covered area as needed.
