Service Associate

About the role

The Service Associate provides competent, timely and error‑free over‑the‑counter services to customers in the Business Center of a bank. The role ensures strict compliance with internal policies, BSP and AMLA regulations, and works to mitigate risk by following established procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain service standards such as line wait time, transaction turnaround time and error‑free processing.
• Support process‑improvement initiatives and technology implementations across branch systems.
• Engage with Business Center clients to deliver excellent customer service and experience.
• Perform delegated administrative functions in an organized and systematic manner.

Required profile

• Graduate of any 4‑year degree program; fresh graduates are welcome.
• Ability to handle complexity, make efficient decisions and manage time effectively.
• Strong controlling, monitoring and security‑awareness skills.
• Empathetic, compassionate and service‑oriented with a commitment to quality and accuracy.
