About the role
The Service Associate provides competent, timely and error‑free over‑the‑counter services to customers in the Business Center of a bank. The role ensures strict compliance with internal policies, BSP and AMLA regulations, while identifying and mitigating risk areas to support overall business objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Perform tellering, open new accounts and handle other over‑the‑counter transactions in line with the Branch Operations Manual and regulatory requirements.
- Execute back‑room functions as needed, maintaining accuracy and speed.
- Support the Service Manager in meeting service standards through fast turnaround and error‑free processing.
- Address customer queries and complaints promptly, including escalation of complex issues.
Required profile
- Graduate of a four‑year degree program; a business‑oriented degree is advantageous.
- Ideally one year of experience in branch operations, though fresh graduates are welcome.
- Willingness to work overtime and rotate or cross‑post to other branches as required.
- Sense of urgency and strong service orientation.
