Service Associate (Bank Teller)

About the role

The Service Associate provides accurate, timely over‑the‑counter services to customers in our Business Center branches. You will ensure compliance with internal policies, BSP and AMLA regulations while delivering a high‑quality customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Process cash deposits, withdrawals, transfers and other teller transactions error‑free and within service standards.
• Maintain compliance with Banko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) and Anti‑Money Laundering Act (AMLA) regulations.
• Identify and mitigate risk areas by consistently applying bank policies and procedures.
• Support process‑improvement initiatives and technology implementations across branch systems.
• Engage with clients, providing excellent service and addressing inquiries.
• Perform administrative duties delegated by the branch manager.

Required profile

• Graduate of any 4‑year degree program; fresh graduates are welcome.
• Strong decision‑making, time‑management and attention to detail.
• High level of empathy, security awareness and commitment to service quality.
• Ability to work systematically and handle multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
