Service Associate (Bank Teller)

About the role

The Service Associate (Bank Teller) provides accurate, timely over‑the‑counter services to customers at the Business Center. The role ensures strict compliance with internal policies, BSP and AML regulations while delivering a high‑quality customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Process cash, check, and electronic transactions accurately and within established service standards.
• Maintain compliance with Bank of the Philippines (BSP) and Anti‑Money Laundering Act (AMLA) requirements.
• Identify and mitigate risk areas by consistently applying bank policies and procedures.
• Support process‑improvement initiatives and technology implementations across branch systems.
• Engage clients professionally, providing excellent service and handling inquiries.
• Perform administrative duties delegated by the branch manager in an organized manner.

Required profile

• Graduate of any four‑year degree program; fresh graduates are welcome.
• Strong decision‑making ability, diligence, and effective time‑management skills.
• High level of security awareness and ability to monitor controls.
• Empathetic, compassionate, and service‑oriented with a commitment to quality and accuracy.
