Service Associate (Bank Teller)

About the role

The Service Associate provides over‑the‑counter banking services to customers in the Business Center, ensuring transactions are accurate, timely, and compliant with all regulatory requirements. The role supports the branch’s business objectives through high‑quality customer service and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver error‑free, prompt teller services while adhering to the Business Center’s service standards (e.g., line wait time, transaction turnaround).
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, BSP regulations, and AMLA requirements.
• Identify and mitigate risk areas by consistently applying bank policies and procedures.
• Support process‑improvement initiatives and technology implementations across branch systems.
• Engage with clients professionally to provide an excellent customer experience.
• Perform delegated administrative tasks in an organized manner.

Required profile

• Graduate of any four‑year degree program; fresh graduates are welcome.
• Ability to handle complex situations, make efficient decisions, and manage time effectively.
• Strong monitoring and controlling abilities with a heightened sense of security awareness.
• Empathetic, compassionate, and service‑oriented with a commitment to quality and accuracy.
