Service Associate – Bank Teller

About the role

The Service Associate provides competent, timely and error‑free over‑the‑counter services to customers in the Business Center. The role ensures strict compliance with BSP and AML regulations while supporting the branch’s business objectives through excellent customer service. The position is based in Cabanatuan‑Maharlika.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain efficiency in line with the Business Center’s service standards, including acceptable wait times, turnaround times and error‑free transaction processing.
• Support process‑improvement initiatives and technology implementation across all branch systems, adhering to bank policies and procedures.
• Engage clients professionally, delivering a high‑quality customer experience.
• Perform delegated administrative functions in an organized and systematic manner.

Required profile

• Graduate of any 4‑year course; fresh graduates are welcome.
• Ability to handle complexity, make efficient decisions and manage time effectively.
• Strong controlling and monitoring abilities with a sense of security awareness.
• Empathetic, able to engage easily with people and demonstrate compassion.
• Committed to the organization, service‑oriented and attentive to quality and accuracy.
