Service Associate – Bank Teller

About the role

The Service Associate provides accurate, timely over‑the‑counter services to customers in the Business Center while ensuring strict compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements. This role supports the branch’s business objectives through high‑quality customer interactions and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver error‑free teller transactions within established service standards, including acceptable wait times and turnaround.
• Maintain compliance with BSP, AMLA and other external regulations, applying bank policies to mitigate risk.
• Assist with process improvements and technology implementations across branch systems.
• Engage clients professionally, offering a superior customer experience.
• Perform assigned administrative duties in an organized, systematic manner.

Required profile

• Graduate of any four‑year degree program; fresh graduates are welcome.
• Strong decision‑making ability, diligence, and effective time‑management skills.
• Good controlling and monitoring capabilities with a heightened sense of security awareness.
• Empathetic, compassionate, and service‑oriented with a commitment to quality and accuracy.
