About the role
The Service Associate provides competent, timely and error‑free over‑the‑counter services to customers in the Business Center. The role ensures strict compliance with internal policies, BSP and AML regulations, and supports the branch’s business objectives through excellent customer service.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver accurate and efficient teller transactions while meeting service standards such as line wait time and turnaround time.
- Maintain compliance with Banko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) and Anti‑Money Laundering Act (AMLA) regulations.
- Identify and mitigate risk areas by consistently applying bank policies and procedures.
- Support process‑improvement initiatives and technology implementations across branch systems.
- Engage with clients to provide a high‑quality customer experience.
- Perform administrative functions delegated by the branch manager.
Required profile
- Graduate of any 4‑year degree program; fresh graduates are welcome.
- Ability to handle complex situations, make efficient decisions and manage time effectively.
- Strong controlling, monitoring and security‑awareness skills.
- Empathetic, compassionate and service‑oriented with a commitment to quality and accuracy.
