Service Advisor – Kitchen Equipment Technician

About the role

We are looking for a Service Advisor to join our kitchen equipment service team. In this position you will act as the primary point of contact for customers, coordinating service requests and ensuring timely, high‑quality repairs of kitchen appliances.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and log customer service calls and emails, creating detailed work orders.
• Schedule technicians for on‑site repairs, installations, and maintenance of kitchen equipment.
• Track service progress, update customers on status, and close orders once work is completed.
• Maintain accurate records in our CRM and service management system.
• Collaborate with technicians and supervisors to prioritize urgent issues.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a customer‑service role, preferably within the kitchen equipment or hospitality sector.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, able to explain technical information clearly.
• Detail‑oriented with excellent organizational abilities to manage multiple service requests.
• Team‑player attitude and ability to work under pressure to meet customer needs.

Required skills

• Knowledge of common kitchen equipment types, functions and maintenance issues.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications for reporting and documentation.
• Experience using CRM or service order management software.
