About the role

Key responsibilities

• Oversee station operations, including fuel inventory, staff scheduling, and safety compliance.
• Drive sales performance and improve customer service standards.
• Prepare business reports and dashboards for senior management.
• Participate in rotation training across finance, HR, operations, and marketing.
• Support marketing campaigns and promotional activities.

Required profile
