SEO Specialist with BPO Experience

About the role
We are looking for an SEO Specialist who brings both search engine optimization expertise and experience in a Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) environment. The successful candidate will work closely with our content and marketing teams to improve organic visibility and drive qualified traffic to our digital properties.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis to inform content strategy.
- Monitor SEO performance using analytics platforms and generate regular performance reports.
- Implement on‑page and off‑page SEO tactics to boost search rankings.
- Collaborate with content creators to ensure relevance and quality of published material.
- Stay up‑to‑date with the latest algorithm updates and industry best practices.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 6 months hands‑on SEO experience combined with at least 1 year experience in a BPO setting.
- Strong analytical mindset with meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
