SEO Specialist (Hybrid)

About the role

MicroSourcing is looking for a motivated SEO Specialist to join its hybrid team in Cagayan De Oro City. You will work closely with content creators, developers and marketers to improve the visibility and performance of our web properties.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct keyword research using approved tools and guidelines.
• Implement on‑page SEO updates, including metadata, headings, internal linking and content optimization.
• Assist with technical SEO tasks such as fixing broken links, managing redirects, removing duplicate content and resolving crawl issues.
• Support backlink outreach and link‑building initiatives as directed.
• Optimize blog posts, landing pages and other website content for search engines.
• Monitor keyword rankings, organic traffic and overall site performance using analytics platforms.
• Collaborate with writers, developers and marketing teams to roll out SEO improvements.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in SEO, digital marketing or website optimization.
• Basic understanding of on‑page SEO, keyword research and ranking factors.
• Strong attention to detail and good written and verbal English communication.

Required skills

• Familiarity with keyword research tools, site audit tools and rank trackers.
• Experience with Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
• Knowledge of CMS platforms such as WordPress.
• Basic understanding of HTML and website structure.
