SEO Marketer – Remote (Latin America & Philippines)

About the role

We are looking for an SEO Marketer to own and evolve our organic search strategy. The ideal candidate deeply understands search intent, stays ahead of algorithm and AI‑driven search changes, and can translate visibility into measurable pipeline and revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a full‑stack SEO strategy covering technical, on‑page, and off‑page elements.
• Conduct thorough keyword research and search‑intent mapping to uncover content and ranking opportunities across the funnel.
• Optimize product, category, and landing pages for traditional and AI‑powered search surfaces.
• Collaborate with content and creative teams to create SEO‑optimized briefs and audit existing assets for gaps.
• Manage technical SEO health, including site architecture, crawlability, page speed, Core Web Vitals, and structured data/schema markup.
• Monitor, analyze, and report organic performance using Google Search Console, GA4, and rank‑tracking tools.

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands‑on SEO experience.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into prioritized insights.
• Strong cross‑functional communication skills.
• Availability to work during U.S. Pacific or Eastern time zones.

Required skills

• Proficiency with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Search Console, and GA4.
• Deep knowledge of technical SEO: site architecture, crawl budget, Core Web Vitals, and schema markup.
• Experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity) for keyword research, content ideation, and workflow efficiency.
