SEO Marketer – Remote (Latin America & Philippines)

About the role

We are looking for an SEO Marketer to own and drive our organic search strategy. The role focuses on understanding search intent, adapting to AI‑driven search changes, and turning visibility into measurable pipeline and revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive SEO strategy covering technical, on‑page, and off‑page elements.
• Conduct deep keyword research and search‑intent mapping to uncover content and ranking opportunities across the funnel.
• Optimize product, category, and landing pages for traditional and AI‑powered search surfaces.
• Partner with content and creative teams to create SEO‑optimized briefs and audit existing assets.
• Maintain technical SEO health, including site architecture, crawlability, page speed, Core Web Vitals, and schema markup.
• Monitor, analyze, and report organic performance using Google Search Console, GA4, and rank‑tracking tools.

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands‑on SEO experience.
• Proficiency with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Search Console and GA4.
• Strong grasp of technical SEO concepts including site architecture, crawl budget, Core Web Vitals and schema markup.
• Experience building content strategies and writing SEO‑driven briefs.
• Familiarity with AI search surfaces and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) best practices.
• Comfort using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity) to accelerate research and workflow.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into prioritized insights.
• Excellent cross‑functional communication and availability to work US PT/ET hours.
