SEO Marketer – Remote (Latin America & Philippines)

About the role

We are looking for an SEO Marketer to own and drive our organic search strategy. The role focuses on understanding search intent, adapting to algorithm and AI‑driven changes, and converting visibility into measurable pipeline and revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a full‑stack SEO strategy covering technical, on‑page and off‑page elements.
• Perform deep keyword research and search‑intent mapping to uncover content and ranking opportunities across the funnel.
• Optimize product, category and landing pages for traditional and AI‑powered search results.
• Partner with content and creative teams to create SEO‑focused briefs and audit existing assets for gaps.
• Maintain technical SEO health, including site architecture, crawlability, page speed, Core Web Vitals and structured‑data markup.
• Track, analyze and report organic performance using Google Search Console, GA4 and rank‑tracking tools.

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands‑on experience in an SEO role.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into prioritized insights.
• Excellent cross‑functional communication and ability to work during U.S. PT/ET hours.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Search Console and GA4.
• Deep knowledge of technical SEO concepts such as site architecture, crawl budget, Core Web Vitals and schema markup.
• Experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity) for keyword research, content ideation and workflow efficiency.
