Senior Tax Analyst – Finance Process Specialist

As a Senior Tax Analyst focusing on finance processes, you will partner with stakeholders worldwide to streamline, document, and improve financial procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure finance processes are well‑documented and accurately reflect real‑world operations.
• Collaborate with Global Finance Process Owners to implement new and updated financial processes across the organization.
• Work closely with the finance community to increase efficiency, consistency, and simplicity of processes.
• Integrate internal controls, financial guidelines, and global policies to achieve a “right‑first‑time” approach.
• Drive improvements in efficiency, consistency, and standardisation, incorporating audit recommendations.
• Promote process awareness through user forums and communication channels.
• Maintain up‑to‑date process maps and SOPs in Vestas Document Management Systems and Process Portal.
• Govern and review process documentation regularly to meet the annual update cycle.

Required profile

• Relevant Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Controlling or a related field.
• Approximately 5 years of finance experience in an international company.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is a plus.
• Experience with process excellence, quality assurance, Lean or Six Sigma methodologies is advantageous.
• Strong communication skills in English and proven stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Ability to lead end‑to‑end process‑mapping workshops.
