Senior Tax Accountant (US) - CPA

About the role

The Senior Tax Accountant will lead the preparation of U.S. tax returns for foreign partnerships, working closely with our onshore team. This hybrid position combines analytical work in Excel with coordination of investor reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare U.S. partnership tax returns (Form 1065) and related Schedule K‑1 and K‑3 for foreign partnerships.
• Handle disclosures on Schedules K‑1/K‑3 for Forms 8865, 926 and 8621.
• Analyze client financial data, identify gaps, and populate firm‑standard Excel workpapers.
• Calculate taxable income at the partnership level, allocate income to partners, and compute tax‑basis capital accounts.
• Convert non‑USD currencies, track tax basis of underlying investments, and bridge allocations to CCH for investor reporting.

Required profile

• Qualified CPA with experience in U.S. tax reporting for funds.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent organizational skills and clear communication with the onshore team.
