Senior Talent Sourcing Specialist

About the role

LawnStarter is looking for a dedicated Senior Talent Sourcing Specialist to own the top‑of‑the‑funnel for all active searches. You will focus exclusively on outbound sourcing, delivering qualified candidate pipelines to the recruiting team.

Key responsibilities

• Execute outbound sourcing for 4‑6 active roles simultaneously across Growth, Product, Design, Executive, and LATAM engineering functions.
• Develop and refine search strategies, including target companies, titles, geographies, keywords, and outreach messaging.
• Build candidate pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, Talent Insights, Workable, and other effective channels.
• Craft multi‑touch outreach sequences, track response rates, and continuously improve engagement tactics.
• Participate in intake calls with US hiring managers to translate requirements into actionable search plans.

Required profile

• Proven experience in pure talent sourcing, preferably in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.
• Comfortable communicating with hiring managers, asking calibration questions, and pushing back on unrealistic expectations.
• Self‑starter with the ability to set own strategies, manage pipelines, and report metrics without a sourcing manager.
