Senior Systems Administrator (Philippines)

About the role

Thakral One is seeking a Senior Systems Administrator to manage and optimise its server and network infrastructure for office‑collaboration services. You will ensure reliability, security and performance while leading a team of administrators and overseeing complex deployments.

Key responsibilities

• Configure internal systems, including servers, devices and firewalls.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues across operating systems, networks and collaboration tools.
• Supervise operations team members, monitor system performance and upgrade infrastructure components.
• Install and maintain applications such as Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, SMTP, OKTA, PAM and Zimbra.
• Train new system users, set up accounts and ensure smooth deployment of new applications.
• Document configurations and procedures, keeping technical documentation up to date.

Required profile

• Minimum five years of experience in system administration within enterprise server and network environments.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and mentor junior staff.
• Strong communication skills for interaction with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Detail‑oriented approach to documentation and compliance.
