Senior Software Engineer (C# .NET, AI Integration)

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer with deep expertise in C# .NET 8, PostgreSQL, Redis, and Kafka to build legally compliant, enterprise‑grade applications. The role focuses on designing scalable microservices, integrating AI capabilities, and mentoring the development team.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of high‑performance .NET microservices and distributed systems.
• Collaborate with data scientists and AI engineers to embed machine‑learning APIs and AI‑assisted coding tools.
• Ensure code quality through rigorous code reviews, automated testing, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.
• Mentor junior and mid‑level engineers and promote best practices in software engineering and DevOps.
• Participate in technical roadmap planning and stakeholder meetings.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience with C# .NET 8 and microservices architecture.
• Strong background in PostgreSQL, Redis, Kafka, Docker, and REST API development.
• Hands‑on experience with AI‑assisted development tools such as Claude Code or Gemini Code Assist.
• Understanding of ethical AI principles and responsible data usage.
• Ability to influence technical direction and drive continuous improvement.
