Senior Software Engineer – Automation & Integration

About the role

Everything To Gain is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join the TCC team. In this position you will bridge traditional development with business automation, creating solutions that streamline processes and support rapid growth.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain low‑code automation pipelines using tools such as n8n, Make.com, or Zapier.
• Develop custom hard‑coded automation solutions to optimize business workflows.
• Create seamless integrations between core systems, proprietary tools, and HubSpot or similar CRM platforms.
• Write, test, and deploy clean backend code in Python and JavaScript.
• Produce clear technical documentation for scripts, automations, and system architectures.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams, translating technical concepts into business‑focused language.

Required profile

• At least 2 years of professional experience in software engineering and automation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a focus on documentation.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
