Senior Salesforce Consultant / Business Analyst (Dayshift Remote)

About the role

D2B is looking for a Senior Salesforce Consultant with strong business analysis capability, working dayshift hours aligned to New Zealand time. The role supports Salesforce consulting and managed services, helps customers onboard to CRM and BI, translates customer requirements into clear delivery tasks, and supports manual QA and user acceptance testing. It is paid at PHP 100,000 - 150,000 per month, with public holidays in New Zealand.

Key responsibilities

• Support Salesforce consulting and managed services work.
• Work with customers to understand their business processes, pain points, requirements and desired outcomes.
• Translate business requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, process maps and solution notes.
• Support customer onboarding to CRM and BI, including data migration validation, configuration checks, user training and support documentation.
• Perform manual QA testing where required, especially during the transition to automated QA, and support UAT preparation and execution.
• Document customer requirements clearly for developers and AI agents, and help with release notes, customer-facing documentation and training materials.
• Maintain strong Salesforce and CRM process discipline.

Required profile

• Strong Salesforce background and experience working directly with customers.
• Ability to run discovery sessions, ask strong process questions and document requirements clearly and commercially.
• Strong understanding of sales, service, customer onboarding and CRM processes.
• Strong written and verbal English, and comfort in an AI-first delivery environment.
