Senior Endpoint Engineering Specialist

About the role

Datacom's Endpoint Engineering team creates and maintains robust desktop Standard Operating Environments (SOE) for customers, enabling remote support and standardization across diverse IT landscapes. As a Senior Endpoint Engineering Specialist based in Manila, you will work closely with customers on cloud-first productivity and collaboration solutions as part of their digital transformation, while providing expert third-level support, developing processes and driving continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Design and maintain modern SOE architectures for multiple customers
• Work with customers to deliver cloud-first productivity and collaboration solutions
• Develop processes to standardize support and maintenance across environments
• Provide third-level support and act as escalation point for complex desktop issues
• Maintain customer SOEs and supporting infrastructure proactively
• Deliver project tasks accurately and contribute to project reporting
• Guide and mentor team members and ensure a health and safety culture aligned with company policy

Required profile

• 5+ years of related experience in endpoint engineering and SOE management
• 5+ years of experience working for a Managed Service Provider
• Knowledge of hardware and software vendor support processes, including product lifecycles
• Advanced end-user management skills and intermediate project management principles
• Proven ability to build customer relationships and deliver solutions
• Nice to have: Bachelor's degree in computer science, technology or a related discipline; ITIL v3 Foundation certification

Required skills

• Advanced experience in Azure Virtual Desktop, Windows 365 Cloud PC, Intune and SCCM (MECM)
• Active Directory Group Policy Management
• Strong PowerShell scripting skills
• Nice to have: Citrix experience, MD-102 and AZ-140 certifications, SDLC and version control knowledge, large-scale collaborative environments experience
