About the role

Aventus Partners is looking for a Senior Recruiter to join its growing Philippines team. The role is fully remote and focuses on sourcing top‑tier professionals for North American clients while collaborating closely with senior leadership on high‑priority search mandates.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full‑cycle recruitment processes for executive and professional positions.
• Source, identify, and engage high‑caliber candidates across accounting, finance, tax, legal, real estate, and leadership functions.
• Conduct candidate interviews, assessments, and prepare detailed presentations and search reports.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines to ensure a steady flow of qualified prospects.
• Coordinate interview schedules between clients and candidates.
• Partner with leadership on executive and professional search mandates.
• Maintain recruitment activity and data integrity within internal systems.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience.
• Experience in executive search or professional services recruitment preferred.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Proven ability to source and engage candidates effectively.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
