Senior Recruiter (Manila)

About the role

Auctane is seeking a Senior Recruiter to lead talent acquisition for its growing Manila office. The role combines strategic partnership with hands‑on recruiting to attract top talent across customer support, sales and other business functions.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full recruitment lifecycle – sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Partner with HR and business leaders to understand workforce plans and define role requirements.
• Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines through referrals, networking, direct sourcing and strategic partnerships.
• Provide data‑driven hiring insights, talent reports and maintain recruitment data hygiene.
• Ensure a seamless, professional candidate experience aligned with Auctane’s global talent acquisition standards.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience as an in‑house recruiter, preferably within the Manila market.
• Proven success hiring for diverse functions such as Customer Support, Sales, IT, Engineering, Finance and HR.
• Strong consultative and stakeholder‑management skills with the ability to influence senior leaders.
• Deep knowledge of Manila’s labor landscape, talent pools and compensation trends.
