Senior Recruiter – Legal

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Recruiter with deep expertise in legal recruitment to join Teams Squared’s internal talent acquisition team. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening and placing top‑tier legal professionals while also supporting occasional non‑legal hiring needs.

Key responsibilities

• Source, screen and interview candidates across multiple legal practice areas.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to onboarding.
• Conduct 10–20 screening and qualification calls daily.
• Evaluate candidates’ legal qualifications and fit for specialized roles.
• Build and maintain a global network of legal professionals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand hiring needs and client culture.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS and provide regular pipeline updates.
• Develop innovative sourcing strategies to attract passive talent.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment, legal practice or HR with a focus on legal roles.
• Strong understanding of various legal practice areas and ability to assess technical legal skills.
• Excellent communication skills in spoken and written English.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple open roles.
• Self‑motivated and comfortable working in a hybrid environment.
