Senior Project Manager – Land Reclamation & Civil Engineering

About the role

We are looking for a highly capable Senior Project Manager to lead large‑scale land reclamation and civil engineering projects in Manila. The role requires coordinating multidisciplinary teams, managing documentation, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate all project activities, monitor progress, and manage documentation.
• Supervise the project team to meet employer requirements.
• Ensure project completion within schedule, budget, and quality standards.
• Report progress to senior management and lead regular strategy meetings.
• Conduct stakeholder meetings to address challenges and align goals.
• Liaise with internal teams (Construction Supervision, Design, PM Support, Contract Advisory) for cohesive execution.
• Manage all phases from design to completion, optimizing resources and cost‑effectiveness.
• Maintain cost/change controls, budget records, and monitor contractor activities.
• Support change order estimation and manage change requests.
• Prepare weekly/monthly reports on contract status, costs, and potential changes.
• Assist the Regional Director in identifying business opportunities and client engagement.

Required profile

• Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering from a recognized institution.
• Professional Project Management certification (e.g., PMP) preferred.
• Minimum 15 years of experience managing large‑scale civil engineering projects, with at least 5 years in marine works.
• Proven experience in risk assessment, geotechnical and engineering works, environmental impact assessments, tender preparation, site supervision, and contract administration.
