Senior Project Manager – Energy Storage

About the role

Fluence is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of battery energy storage projects across the Philippines. The role combines technical expertise, commercial acumen and strong project management capabilities to ensure safe, sustainable and on‑time project outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead battery energy storage projects from early works through Notice to Proceed (NTP) to handover to operations.
• Coordinate internal functional groups, external contractors, design partners and equipment providers.
• Develop and nurture long‑term relationships with design‑construct partners and equipment suppliers.
• Act as the trusted partner for end‑customers, focusing on safety, sustainability and stakeholder expectations.
• Report to the Fluence Director of Projects, Philippines and work within a global matrixed team.

Required profile

• Autonomous, pragmatic leader with experience on large‑scale EPC projects.
• Proven ability to work in a fast‑paced, technology‑driven environment.
• Strong commercial understanding of project economics.
• Experience in energy‑storage markets is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Passion for learning, agile mindset and ability to develop staff and stakeholders.
