Senior Microsoft D365 Finance Consultant

About the role

NNIT is seeking a senior consultant with deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations to join its Makati City team. You will work closely with clients to translate business requirements into high‑quality, sustainable solutions while ensuring alignment with ITIL best practices.

Key responsibilities

• Interpret and deliver client requirements against standard business processes, creating quality designs and solutions.
• Configure D365 FO functionality in line with the business blueprint and finance modules.
• Analyze change requests, assess impact, and define implementation plans.
• Provide continuous support, apply required hot‑fixes, and develop test scripts.
• Create training materials and user manuals for end‑users.
• Participate in presales activities and contribute to proposal development.
• Develop and enforce standards, policies, and procedures to maintain high implementation quality.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of successful project experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX/D365 Finance and Operations.
• At least two full life‑cycle implementations (implementation and support).
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with stakeholders at various levels.
