Senior Manager - Promotion and Events

About the role

The Senior Manager – Promotion and Events will lead the organization, coordination, execution and monitoring of property‑wide partner and department‑specific events and promotions at Okada Manila. This role oversees the full lifecycle of events, from concept development through execution and post‑event analysis, ensuring alignment with partner objectives and departmental goals. The manager acts as the central point of contact for internal teams and external partners to guarantee seamless collaboration.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the organization and coordination of property‑wide events and promotions.
• Execute event plans, ensuring all activities are carried out on schedule.
• Monitor performance, collect data and generate post‑event reports.
• Develop and implement promotion strategies for partner and departmental initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with brand standards and quality guidelines.
• Manage timelines, resources and stakeholder communication.

• Proven ability to lead the organization, coordination, execution and monitoring of events and promotions.
• Strong experience working with partners and internal departments to deliver successful initiatives.
