Senior Manager – Pharmacy Technology Services

About the role

The Senior Manager for Pharmacy Technology Services (PTS) leads the day‑to‑day operational and client service experience for assigned pharmacy‑technology clients. Acting as the primary client‑facing contact, you will collaborate with internal operations, technical, and support teams to deliver accurate, timely, and high‑quality service.

Key responsibilities

• Own the daily service experience for assigned clients and serve as the main point of contact for operational and technology queries.
• Manage intake, tracking, and coordination of client issues, requests, and escalations.
• Coordinate maintenance activities such as benefit updates, eligibility file management, reporting, and system access.
• Translate client needs into actionable work for operations, technology, claims, reporting, and support teams.
• Partner with senior account leadership on client readiness, renewals, and service improvements.
• Participate in client and internal meetings to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.

Required profile

• 6+ years of client‑facing account management experience in healthcare, PBM, or health‑technology environments.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional setting.

• RxClaim or similar claims adjudication platform.
• Client portals and access‑management tools.
