Senior Klaviyo Strategist (Email Marketing) w/ $300 Sign-on Bonus!

About the role

GrowthAssistant is seeking a Senior Klaviyo Strategist to lead email and SMS marketing for multiple DTC and eCommerce clients. You will own the full strategy lifecycle, from onboarding and platform migrations to campaign execution and performance optimization, working remotely with a high‑volume performance agency.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end Klaviyo strategy for 5–6 client accounts, translating business goals into actionable plans and client‑ready decks.
• Plan and execute platform migrations and IP/account warming programs, ensuring deliverability.
• Build, test, QA, deploy, and monitor email and SMS campaigns, including batch sends, triggered messages, and lifecycle journeys.
• Produce regular performance reports, flag trends, and deliver actionable insights to clients.
• Design and run A/B tests, configure dynamic content blocks, and apply conditional logic for personalization.
• Oversee email best‑practice and design QA, collaborating with creative and development teams on Shopify/Klaviyo integrations.

Required profile

• 5+ years of hands‑on experience managing Klaviyo email and SMS programs for eCommerce or DTC brands.
• Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously and present strategy to senior stakeholders.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on data‑driven optimization.
