Senior IT Specialist – Enterprise Operations

About the role

The Senior IT Specialist will act as the functional lead for Enterprise IT Operations, providing the technical backbone for the organization’s infrastructure. You will ensure end‑to‑end reliability, mentor junior specialists and drive continuous improvement across systems and networks.

Key responsibilities

• Perform advanced troubleshooting and manage Tier 3 escalations.
• Administer Microsoft Intune, Microsoft 365, Azure AD/Entra ID, Active Directory and related SaaS tools.
• Configure, monitor and secure network devices including switches, firewalls, VPNs and wireless networks.
• Manage endpoint compliance, patching and security policies via Intune and Microsoft Defender.
• Implement backup solutions, disaster‑recovery procedures and proactive system monitoring.
• Document infrastructure, policies and configurations.
• Participate in IT audits, security assessments and capacity planning.
• Mentor IT Specialists and lead process‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related engineering discipline.
• Proven experience with Microsoft 365 administration, Entra ID, Intune and Microsoft Defender.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities.
• Willingness to work on‑call, overtime or shift work and to travel for on‑site support.
• Hybrid work setup (remote and in‑person).
