Senior Growth SEO Specialist

About the role

SafetyCulture is looking for a Senior Growth SEO Specialist to own the end‑to‑end organic performance of its website. You will ensure the site is optimised for visibility across all organic touchpoints, experiment with new approaches, and help the company scale its digital presence in a fast‑changing SEO landscape.

Key responsibilities

• Run weekly on‑page analysis and optimisation for high‑priority pages to improve rankings, traffic and conversions.
• Identify and implement changes that boost organic performance and conversion rates.
• Design, execute and analyse CRO experiments from ideation through results, using insights to inform subsequent tests.
• Research and create intent‑led pages, taking opportunities from keyword research through to publication.
• Expand SafetyCulture’s presence in AI‑powered search by building content that appears in large language model (LLM) results.
• Monitor site health, proactively address indexation, crawlability and 404 issues, and work with the web team to resolve them.
• Produce weekly performance reports and deep‑dive analyses that translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Champion SEO best practices across content and outreach teams, maintaining documentation and sharing learnings.
• Lead cross‑functional SEO projects from brief to delivery, coordinating with content, web and marketing teams without direct authority.
