Senior Global Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

Advantage HQ is seeking a Senior Global Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead end‑to‑end hiring for key positions across its fast‑growing DTC‑focused business. The role is strategic, focusing on building high‑quality talent pipelines, enhancing the candidate experience, and partnering with hiring managers to drive rapid, high‑impact hiring.

Key responsibilities

• Own full‑cycle recruitment for multiple business functions, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Proactively source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, referrals, talent communities and AI‑powered sourcing tools.
• Develop and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs, including hard‑to‑fill niche roles.
• Partner with hiring managers as a trusted advisor, conduct intake meetings, define success profiles and provide market insights.
• Continuously improve recruiting processes, leverage automation and AI, and ensure a professional, efficient hiring workflow aligned with company values.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience at every touchpoint.

Required profile

• Proven experience in senior‑level talent acquisition or recruiting, preferably in fast‑growth, tech‑enabled environments.
• Strong partnership skills with hiring managers and ability to influence hiring decisions.
• Track record of building and managing talent pipelines for diverse roles.
• Data‑driven mindset with ability to provide market insights and hiring metrics.
