Senior Finance & Accounting Specialist (Mandarin)

About the role

The Senior Finance and Accounting Specialist will be responsible for preparing financial reports, managing day‑to‑day accounting tasks, and acting as the primary liaison between the Chinese head office and the local branch. Proficiency in Mandarin (reading, writing and speaking) is essential to ensure accurate translation and smooth communication.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare monthly and quarterly financial and regulatory reports using established templates.
• Support daily accounting operations, including expense reimbursements, vendor payments and minor bank reconciliations.
• Interpret, translate and circulate financial documents and notices between Chinese and English for internal coordination.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or a related field.
• CPA license (active or in progress) or relevant banking/financial institution experience is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to read, write and speak Mandarin for work‑related communications.
• High numerical accuracy, adaptability and strong integrity.
