Senior Executive Assistant & Team Lead

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Executive Assistant who will also lead a small team of assistants. The role combines high‑level executive support with workflow coordination, stakeholder liaison, and compliance oversight for senior leaders.

Key responsibilities

• Manage complex, multi‑stakeholder calendars and strategic inbox triage, drafting responses and ensuring follow‑through.
• Coordinate high‑impact meetings, leadership forums, client engagements and travel arrangements with contingency planning.
• Oversee end‑to‑end workflows across multiple deliverables, track deadlines, and mitigate risks.
• Act as primary liaison between executives, internal teams, and external clients, maintaining professional relationships.
• Prepare accurate reports, presentations, executive summaries, and maintain organized documentation.
• Support senior leaders (Office Heads, NMPs) with briefings, agendas, and governance activities.
• Ensure strict confidentiality, risk management, and compliance with organizational policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum Versant score of 60 (overall and across all parameters).
• At least 2 years as a Virtual Assistant supporting senior stakeholders.
• Minimum 1.5 years BPO experience in a Team Leader or equivalent role.
• Prior exposure to Travel, BFSI, or Australian accounts is preferred.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, Copilot).
