Senior ERP Consultant

About the role

The Senior ERP Consultant will lead the design, configuration, and deployment of ERP solutions for Infor clients in Manila. You will work closely with customers to understand their business processes, translate requirements into functional specifications, and ensure successful project delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Lead ERP implementation projects, keeping them on schedule and within budget.
• Gather and analyze business requirements and create functional specifications.
• Configure ERP modules (finance, supply chain, HR, manufacturing) to meet client needs.
• Develop and execute test plans, conduct system testing and validation.
• Provide best‑practice guidance and industry standards throughout implementations.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align project goals with client expectations.
• Mentor junior consultants and support their professional development.
• Maintain strong client relationships by delivering expert advice and ongoing support.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in ERP system configuration, integration, and testing.
• Proven track record leading ERP implementation projects and managing client relationships.
• Hands‑on experience with ERP modules such as finance, supply chain, HR, and manufacturing.
• Ability to gather business requirements, design solutions, and manage project deliverables.
• Experience supporting multiple projects concurrently.
