Senior eCommerce Recruiter

About the role

Prosana is building a brand‑new APAC recruitment division to support fast‑growing D2C eCommerce brands. As a Senior eCommerce Recruiter you will lead the end‑to‑end hiring process for operational, creative, and customer‑experience roles across the Philippines and the wider APAC region.

Key responsibilities

• Own full‑cycle recruitment for D2C and eCommerce positions, from sourcing to offer.
• Design and implement sourcing systems, recruitment workflows, hiring scorecards, and operational processes.
• Develop and maintain talent pipelines for high‑demand eCommerce roles.
• Source and engage passive candidates across multiple channels.
• Conduct in‑depth interviews assessing technical capability and cultural fit.
• Partner with founders and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and shape strategy.
• Monitor hiring KPIs, improve recruitment efficiency, and stay updated on APAC talent trends.
• Train and onboard future recruiters as the department scales.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level recruitment experience, preferably in eCommerce or D2C environments.
• Demonstrated ability to build recruitment processes from scratch.
• Strong understanding of the APAC talent market, especially the Philippines.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Self‑motivated, high‑ownership mindset and comfortable working remotely.
