Senior DevOps Engineer – 8+ years IT experience

About the role

KPMG Philippines is looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to lead the design, implementation, and optimisation of CI/CD pipelines and release processes across large‑scale integration programmes. The role requires deep technical expertise and the ability to mentor teams in DevOps best practices.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build and maintain end‑to‑end CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, GitHub, GitLab or Jenkins.
• Manage source‑control strategies, branching models and artifact repositories.
• Drive release and environment management, ensuring reliable and repeatable deployments.
• Integrate automation with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and enterprise systems.
• Collaborate with development, QA, security and release teams in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Promote continuous improvement, automation, and quality engineering practices.

Required profile

• 8–12+ years of overall IT experience with 6–8+ years hands‑on DevOps/CI‑CD.
• Proven experience supporting large‑scale systems integration programmes.
• Strong collaboration skills across multi‑disciplinary teams.
• Ability to mentor engineers and uplift DevOps ways of working.
