About the role

As a Senior Creative Designer & Account Executive you will partner with clients, internal teams and decision‑makers to craft design solutions that meet business objectives and audience needs. The role blends creative leadership with account management, ideal for agency professionals who thrive in fast‑paced environments.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients and cross‑functional teams to define project scope, goals and timelines.
• Develop high‑impact visual concepts for digital, branding, marketing and corporate communications.
• Produce client‑facing presentations, proposals and branded documents.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and stakeholder expectations.
• Support offshore clients in Australia, the US and the UK, ensuring adherence to international brand standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Multimedia Design, Marketing or a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive design experience in a digital or creative agency.
• Proven ability to manage stakeholder relationships and work directly with clients.
• Strong English communication, presentation and feedback‑management skills.
• Robust portfolio showcasing digital, marketing, brand and corporate design work.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign and Adobe Illustrator.
• Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro or other motion/video editing tools (advantageous).
• Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint and Word for creating client‑facing materials.
