Senior Consultant - Transformation Delivery

About the role

EY Global Delivery Services (GDS) Transformation Delivery is looking for a Senior Consultant in Taguig, Philippines. The team delivers complex, high-impact technology projects that drive digital transformation, operational efficiency and business growth. The consultant leads end-to-end project delivery across global portfolios, working with cross-functional teams to plan, execute and govern initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage technology projects to ensure timely, quality, in-scope delivery.
• Develop project plans, goals and milestones aligned with business objectives.
• Manage stakeholder communication across global teams (NA, EMEIA, APAC).
• Define roles, responsibilities and governance across PMO, business and technical teams.
• Drive execution with Agile, Waterfall or hybrid methods, and oversee budgets, timelines, risks and dependencies.
• Collaborate with business analysts, engineers and UX teams to turn requirements into scalable solutions.
• Ensure projects meet EY's technology, architecture and security standards, and support change management, quality assurance and user adoption.
• Track and report project performance metrics, and identify new business opportunities through RFPs, proposals and client presentations.

Required profile

• 5+ years in IT project management or software delivery (Agile, Waterfall or Hybrid).
• Strong background in SDLC, CI/CD, DevOps or product lifecycle management.
• Experience in business analysis and requirements gathering.
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree, PMP, CSM, PRINCE2 or equivalent certification.
• Preferred domain experience in consumer products and retail, financial services, pharmaceuticals, power and utilities, oil and gas or technology.

Required skills

• Agile delivery tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, Smartsheet or Trello.
• Preferred: SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Azure DevOps, Planview, Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI, SharePoint Online, MS Teams), MS Project/Project Online.
